By submitting a booking, you accept the following core terms for VoltFlow services.
Booking and Confirmation
Submitting a booking request does not by itself create a final service obligation. Appointment timing and scope are confirmed based on the information stored in the system.
Deposit and Payment
Some services require a deposit. The deposit amount and any remaining balance are shown during booking and in the related confirmation process.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled through the customer portal or by contacting us directly. Deposit refund terms may vary depending on the service stage.
Communications
Service-related email and optional SMS notifications form part of the booking process. Marketing messages are not sent without separate consent.
Liability and Site Conditions
Customers must provide accurate access and address details. Missing site access or incorrect information may result in delays or rescheduling.
